Thrash – The Extreme Obstacle Course and Conditioning Program

Thrash is a 45 minute heart pumping test of mind and body. It will push you to your limits and be a test of what you’re truly made of. Utilizing the challenging demands of rock wall climbing, combined with interval training techniques, Thrash is redefining functional fitness.  It’s exciting, fast paced and the most extreme workout you will ever try. If you think you’re up for the challenge, it’s time to get thrashed!!

What is it?

It’s a combination of strength and flexibility with a dash of cardio thrown in. It is an interval training program with a twist, A ROCK WALL!

Why is it different?

We incorporate climbing, jumping and sprinting to create a total body workout that will prepare you for your next Spartan Warrior, Tough Mudder, the Color Run, or whatever life throws your way.
