KIDS YOGA is designed to be an exciting blend of imaginative play and exploration into the world of yoga.  During each class a variety of yoga postures will be taught that incorporate balance, flexibility, strength, coordination, and of course FUN!

At the beginning of class we work on team building and communication skills during Circle Time; and then we save the best for last by practicing guided meditation and relaxation techniques, so everyone leaves feeling refreshed.
